A few months ago, Motor Trend Channel took us on a border to border tour in the Toyota Tundra. This week, Motor Trend is back, four-wheeling though Utah's five national parks in the new Toyota Tacoma.

Who would have imagined, even a generation ago, that technology would be advanced enough to allow for the extraction of hydrogen from something as mundane as cow manure? And who could have imagined using that hydrogen to power vehicles?

Hydrogen is considered an emission-free fuel, because when hydrogen in the vehicle's fuel cell reacts with oxygen in the air, it generates electricity while leaving nothing behind but pure water.
