Despite being the most popular sedan in its segment around the world, the Toyota Camry has been teasing a sportier look for its next generation. At Oxford Toyota, we watched with excitement as the 2018 Toyota Camry made its official world debut in Detroit at the North American International Auto Show - complete a striking exterior profile that was redesigned from the ground up for a new approach to the mid-size sedan.

It is more difficult than ever to gain ground in the fiercely competitive SUV market segment, and yet the 2017 Toyota Highlander continues to make strides amongst its peers as one of the most reliable midsized options you can find. Fresh off a new exterior design, complete with added interior features, the Highlander expands upon its strengths in order maintain its growing momentum - such as the all-new 3.5-liter V6 powertrain, which is more than capable of 295-horsepower and 263 pound-feet of torque for a performance that will impress drivers across Searcy and beyond.

At the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 4, Toyota announced a revolutionary concept vehicle that evinces the company’s belief that vehicles of the future should adapt to the people that are using them. Recently, Toyota reported December 2016 sales of 202,047 vehicles, which is a 2.6 percent improvement over December 2015 results. For the entirety of 2016, Toyota sold 2,118,402 vehicles.

Here at Oxford Toyota, we've got a lot of love for our eco-conscious utility vehicle, the 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

And apparently, so too does Cars.com reviewer, Kelsey Mays. He seemed pleased as punch upon first meeting the Highlander Hybrid. Watch his encounter unfold in the video below:

As you might expect, the drivetrain of the Highlander Hybrid is no doubt an innovative one. Teaming a 3.5-liter V6 with several electric motors and a battery pack, overall output for the SUV checks in at a hearty 280 horsepower.

In the last year, Toyota saw tremendous success in sales. According to AutoBlog.com, the brand "earned the highest sales of any single vehicle in automotive history last year."
